4 Characters that gave Thanos a tough time
Although, there’s a total of 6 characters whose fight against Thanos was impressive, there’s just 4 contenders who gave Thanos a tough fight:
4 — Iron Man
Iron Man never really fights without JARVIS or FRIDAY. He wasn’t prepared for Thanos. He was pulled out of nowhere by Doctor Strange.
But the moment he was in space, he knew that the sh*t was real. He held his cool, explained his point to the Nuts of The Galaxy, came up with a plan (yes, it was Starlord’s plan) and almost had the Gauntlet off of Thanos’s arm.
When Thanos broke lose, it was only the 2 Sherlock Bros who were able to hold on their own.
After Strange was out of the equation, it was Iron Man against Thanos and Iron Man did his best.
Despite all odds, he managed to make The Mad Titan bleed.
3 — Captain America
How can you miss the most iconic battle scenes in the history of Hollywood.
It would have been hard for Captain America to go against Thanos with just his shield. But with The Mjolnir, he knocked Thanos off his feet and even hit him lightning. Alas, even this was not enough to defeat Thanos.
2 — Thor
I’m talking about the Thor in Avengers: Infinity War. Just after his entry in Wakanda, it was sure that he was there for victory. He was a bit late in getting to Thanos but when he did, even the Infinity Gauntlet couldn’t stop.
The only reason why Thanos was able to do the snap was because Thor wanted closure with Thanos. He wanted Thanos to know that it was him who defeated Thanos. That’s why he was saying, “I told you, you’d die for that.” If only he would have went for the head then the outcome would have been different.
1 — Wanda Maximoff
May it be Avengers: Infinity War or Avengers: Endgame, Wanda was able to give tough time every single time.
If Thanos wouldn’t have called for the ‘Rainfire’, he would surely have been finished by Wanda. Wanda was in no mood to have mercy on him.
